015: Kalama Police Department

Kalama Police Department – A Day in the Life of a Small Town Public Servant

At about 3,000 residents, Kalama is roughly 1.5% the size of Vancouver. Despite its size, the city supports a wide variety of industry that attracts visitors and trade from around the state. Often known for its quality “Antiques” shops, Kalama has a growing front of art, craftsmanship, and boutique retail shops – all supported in numerous ways by the Port of Kalama.

With how hospitable and humble the town is, its not a surprise that its law enforcement takes on a similar branding. Amidst the hours spent enforcing traffic laws and training for the unknown, the Kalama Police Department is eager to engage with the people it has sworn to protect.

Come see for yourself.
